In the rare event that a host needs to cancel your reservation prior to your arrival (including the same day), we'll refund you, or depending on our schedule availability, you'll be offered alternative accommodations.

Our agency guarantees that your accommodation will be accessible upon your arrival. Or we will refund you.
Ad Accuracy Guarantee
Our agency guarantees you the conformity between the announcement and the accommodation and undertakes to help you out as soon as possible if you encounter a technical problem in your accommodation. (for example, the refrigerator no longer works or any other appliance in the accommodation or problem related to the installation in general of the accommodation).
24 hour security support
Our residences are secured 24/24. If you do not feel safe or encounter a neighborhood problem, our staff or the specially trained security guards of the residence are at your disposal, day and night.
